Rebranding an established company can be challenging, but it is often necessary to ensure long-term success in an ever-evolving market. Designed a full visual identity transformation for TrustBridge, aligning brand perception with its mission through thoughtful logo design and marketing assets. Refined the original hospice logo by simplifying its symbolism, retaining the heart element, and creating mockups that emphasize trust, compassion, and reliability.

For the rebrand of TrustBridge, I preserved the emotional essence of the original logo, where a dove forms a heart, by creating a soft transition between the dove and heart forms. The heart became the foundation for a new visual direction, evolving into a bridge-like symbol that represents connection and support.
This transition reflects the idea of TrustBridge as a bridge of trust, care, and continuity between patients and their loved ones, maintaining familiarity while expanding its meaning.
